Zonda Tec Ghana Limited is a leading automobile assembling and sales company in Ghana. We operate a dedicated 4S store (Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Survey) and service stations for our brands including GWM, Chery, DongFeng, Shantui, and Sitrak. We are committed to providing efficient after-sales support through robust parts availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Procurement: Forecast parts demand based on service schedules, sales trends, and seasonal factors; place timely orders with Chinese suppliers (GWM, Shantui, Sitrak).
  • Warehousing: Supervise proper storage, labeling, binning, and preservation of parts (e.g., fragile, heavy, or hazardous items).
  • Inbound/Outbound Management: Oversee receiving inspections, put-away processes, picking, packing, and dispatch to service bays or external customers.
  • Inventory Counting: Conduct cycle counts, periodic spot checks, and full physical inventory (quarterly/annually) with reconciliation against system records.
  • Formulate scientific inventory plans using historical consumption data, lead times, and service level targets.
  • Optimize inventory structure and turnover rates; identify slow-moving and dead stock.
  • Eliminate parts overstock, shortages, and loss through root cause analysis (e.g., forecast errors, picking mistakes, damage).
  • Maintain minimum/maximum (min/max) stock levels for critical fast-moving parts (e.g., filters, brake pads, belts) and slow-moving SKDs.
  • Implement company parts management rules and operational procedures.
  • Optimize daily management processes based on 4S store and service station business scenarios (e.g., rush repairs, walk-in customers, warranty claims).
  • Standardize operations (receiving, binning, picking, issuing) to improve team work efficiency.
  • Train junior parts clerks on proper handling and documentation.

Collaboration:

  • Maintenance team – to understand urgent parts needs for vehicles on hoists.
  • Sales team – for vehicle delivery parts kits (e.g., spare tire, tool sets).
  • After-sales team – for warranty parts returns and customer-pay orders.
  • Respond quickly to parts demands – allocate urgent parts (e.g., express delivery or courier) to minimize vehicle downtime.

Quality & Compliance:

  • Parts quality – coordinate with supplier for claims.
  • Returns & exchanges – manage customer-facing and internal returns.
  • After-sales disputes – provide evidence (issue/receipt records) to support resolution.
  • Improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction by reducing "waiting for parts" time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of auto parts working experience (procurement, warehousing, or inventory control).
  • With 4S store or auto service station experience.
  • With Chinese-funded enterprise working background (familiar with Chinese corporate culture and reporting styles).
  • Good professional conduct with no bad working records (e.g., theft, falsified reports, gross negligence).
  • Recognizes and aligns with corporate culture and management rules.
  • Can adapt to the job quickly without extended ramp-up.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in computer, Office software (Excel for pivot tables, inventory reports; Word for process docs).
  • Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, or local parts management software).
  • Capable of independent data entry, report making, and account sorting (no need for constant supervision).
  • Familiar with auto parts specifications, applicable models (GWM SUVs/pickups, Shantui heavy machinery, Sitrak trucks).
  • Knowledge of market conditions (local vs genuine parts, pricing, lead times from China).
  • Proficient in full-cycle parts management (procurement → storage → issuance → return → disposal).
  • Ability to solve business problems independently (e.g., sudden stockout, wrong part shipped) and control inventory risks (obsolescence, shrinkage
