VAS (Value Added Services) and Digital Manager

Job Title

The VAS and Digital Manager is responsible for developing, launching, managing, and optimizing the company’s Value-Added services and Digital products to drive revenue, growth improve customer engagement, enhance customer experience, and support digital transformation initiatives. He/she will especially coordinate actions and actors of the different universes of the Max it application: Telco, Money, and Marketplace by ensuring Download KPIs, Traffic generation, Active user growth, Revenue generation from the app, Local product roadmap steering, and The best QoS and collect customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy and portfolio management: Develop the VAS and Digital product roadmap aligned with the company’s strategy. Identify new business opportunities and emerging digital trends. Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to retirement. Design and launch innovative digital products and VAS. Coordinate product development with Technology, IT, Finance, Legal, and Customer Experience team.
• Partnership Management: Identify and negotiate partnerships with: Content providers – OTT platforms – Fintech companies – Gaming companies – Education providers – Music and video platforms – Mobile advertisings partners. Manage vendor performance and contractual obligations.
• Business Review: Ensuring proper involvement and alignment of all Telco, Orange Money and Marketplace in the Max it super app. Setting-up and steering Max it local governance and represent his country at corp level. Plan and coordinate commercial launches. Coordinate promotional campaigns. Work with Marketing Communications for ATL, BTL, Digital, and CRM campaigns. Measure campaign effectiveness.
• Deliver VAS active users, revenue, churn targets. Increase digital service adoption. Develop upselling and cross-selling strategies. Optimize ARPU through digital services. Improve customer onboarding. Monitor customer feedback. Reduce customer complaints related to VAS. Produce weekly and monthly dashboards. Benchmark competitors and monitor industry innovations. Recommend new services based on market insights. Lead cross-functional projects. Manage project timelines by ensuring timely delivery. Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate legal approvals. Manage data privacy requirements.
