Storekeeper

• Receive, inspect, record, and properly store food products, ingredients, and other supplies.
• Issue stock to the kitchen and other departments based on approved requests while maintaining accurate records.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic store, including proper management of cold storage and food products.
• Update inventory records using Excel or inventory management software and support regular stock reconciliation.

• Minimum of an OND certificate.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Previous storekeeping experience in a food business, restaurant, kitchen, or similar environment is a Must.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel or inventory management software.
• Good understanding of stock handling, counting, storage, and inventory control.
• Must be comfortable working around food products and handling physical stock.
• Must be based in or willing to work in Owerri, Imo State.
