Security Guard

Job Summary

We are seeking vigilant and responsible Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of our facility, staff, patients, and visitors. The successful candidate will monitor the premises, prevent unauthorized access, and maintain a secure environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises regularly to maintain security and safety.
• Control access to the facility by verifying visitors and staff.
• Observe and report suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Ensure orderliness within the premises and assist in crowd control when necessary.
• Protect hospital property and equipment from theft or damage.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and security incidents.
• Maintain a daily log of security activities and incidents.
• Assist staff and visitors with directions when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Previous security experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for long periods.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and reliable.
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies.
