Risk and Compliance Manager - Bulawayo

We are looking for a **Risk and Compliance Manager.**

The Risk and Compliance Manager is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while ensuring the organization complies with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. This role plays a key part in safeguarding the organization's reputation, financial stability, and operational integrity.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop, implement, and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Identify potential risks (financial, operational, legal, reputational) and recommend mitigation strategies
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure risk awareness and adherence to compliance standards
- Provide guidance and training to staff on risk management and compliance practices
- Prepare and present risk and compliance reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices

**Qualifications and Skills**

- Master's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CRM, CAMS, CISA, or equivalent are an advantage

- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
