Responsibilities

  • Contribute to developing new products specifically for the Retail and MSME customer segment in accordance with approved principles, processes, standards, and procedures.
  • Follow up on the proper implementation of new product and service opportunities in a continuous and systematic manner.

Qualifications

  • Functional/Technical Competencies:
    • Customer need analysis: Understand the unique needs, preferences, and behaviors of different customer groups within the banking sector.
    • Product lifecycle knowledge: Understand the process of designing, launching, marketing, monitoring, and retiring a banking product.
    • Product and price knowledge: Understand the process of designing, launching, marketing, monitoring, and retiring a banking product.
  • Behavioral Competencies:
