Operations & Customer Experience Assistant

Role Description

This role is responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience across all touchpoints. You will be the voice of Magnet.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls and website
  • Process and track customer orders end-to-end
  • Follow up on pending orders and outstanding payments
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience at all touchpoints
  • Update customers on order status and delivery timelines
  • Maintain accurate order records and tracking systems

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficient in working with systems, Google Sheets, and email
