Duties & Responsibilities:
Define and execute the ATS strategic vision and business plan. Drive revenue growth, profitability and long term business sustainability. Lead expansion opportunities, major bids, client retention and strategic partnerships. Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, government stakeholders and industry partners. Ensure operational excellence across remote and complex operating environments. Lead governance, risk, SHEQ and business continuity initiatives. Develop a high performing executive leadership team and succession pipeline. Champion transformation, local participation and ESG objectives across the busines

Skills and Competencies:
Proven experience leading and growing businesses across Africa or multiple countries. Strong commercial, financial and operational leadership capability. Track record of driving business growth and delivering results. Excellent stakeholder, client and relationship management skills. Ability to lead large, diverse teams in complex environments. Strategic thinker with strong decision making and problem solving skills. High levels of integrity, accountability and resilience.

Qualifications:
Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Operations, Engineering or a related field. Postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) preferred. 10+ years' executive leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex operations. Experience managing multi country operations across Africa or similar emerging markets. Demonstrated success in driving business growth, profitability and operational excellence. Experience leading diverse teams and managing key client and stakeholder relationships.
