Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Psychology or related field
- experience as HR Generalist, HR Officer or Junior HRBP (0-2 years, 2-3 years, 3-5 years, or more than 5 years)
- proven end-to-end payroll processing experience
- knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA and POPIA
- Microsoft Excel proficiency (no experience, basic, intermediate, advanced)
- valid driver's licence and own transport
