Job Description
The HR Recruiting Coordinator Intern is responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition initiatives by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment administration, and hiring processes. The role contributes to attracting, evaluating, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Support in coordinating the hiring process for new recruits, including pre-employment screening, travel, relocation.
- Support in coordinating career fairs and university engagements.
- Support in maintaining requisition and advertising databases.
- Support in maintaining new employee files and Human Resources records to support future activity.
- Organize the logistics for all assessment sessions.
- Participate in continuous improvement & employee engagement initiatives.
- Continuous communication with candidates on application statues and queries.
- Maintain a good grasp of Talent Acquisition and HR issues.
- Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.
Experiences & Exposures
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or any related management science or social science field of study.
- A recent graduate not more than 2years post-graduation.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools.
- Ability to learn quickly and translate learning into practical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use own initiative.
- Must have completed NYSC.
