Scope of Cover

Some of the covers provided against damage or accident up on building and contents of the insured property against:

• Fire, lightning, and other perils requested by insured;
• Personal accident against death permanent or total disablement, and temporary total disablement;
• Breakdown of domestic appliances with mechanical or electrical breakdown

Exclusions

Some of the basic exclusions are loss of:

• Consequential in nature or damage of any kind;
• or damage caused by depreciation or wear and tear;
• aesthetic defects, such as scratch on painted, polished or enameled surfaces;
