Our client in the highly competitive tyres industry, is seeking to recruit a results-driven leader in sales. The company is looking for an aggressive professorial with demonstrable track-record of achievement in a cut-throat business environment. Reporting to the Managing director you will be responsible for building and expanding the sales organization, driving market growth, managing key fleet accounts, developing sales structures, processes, and strengthening revenue, and margin performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Key Qualifications and Competencies:
* Degree or Diploma in a business regulated field or in a relevant technical area.
* Proven experience in B2B sales (at least 5years of leading sales teams), within automotive, after- sales services, fuel, truck tyres, batteries, lubricants, or fleet services.
* Established networks within transport and logistics associations, cross-border fleets, and large fleet operators.
* Proven experience leading a sales team and developing sales strategy.
* Strong understanding of credit sales dynamics within the fleet market.
* Strong commercial, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
