To support mining operations in the Benishangul-Gumuz region, Mota-Engil is sourcing analytical and detail-oriented talent to monitor real-time operational data, optimize production workflows, and ensure seamless communication across site teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time site operations
- Track fleet and production metrics
- Transform raw operational data into actionable dashboards and management reports
Qualifications
- University Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, or a highly analytical/relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in control room operations, data analytics, or production tracking
- Experience in mining, construction, or heavy industry is highly valued
Requirements
- Current resident of Ethiopia
- Willingness to work on-site in the Benishangul-Gumuz region
- Full bilingual proficiency in Amharic and English
- Proven teamwork skills, high pressure tolerance, and a hardworking professional ethos

- Proficiency in Power BI to design, build, and maintain interactive performance dashboards and KPIs
- Capable of tracking multiple live operational streams simultaneously with high attention to detail
- Quick communication skills to relay critical alerts or dispatch updates to site supervisors and managers
