Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
