Job Description
The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes and systems to support the IRC's global operations. This includes identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions, and ensuring that systems are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and IT, to ensure that systems are integrated and functioning effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The Business Systems Analyst will be based in Nairobi, Kenya, and will report to the Director of Finance and Operations.
